5/2/22 (Saturday) A Scout makes friends and establishes and maintains harmonious relations.
During the Chinese New Year period, I visited my neighbours who are also my friends. I greeted their parents and 拜年 to them wishing them a Happy Chinese New Year.
10/6/22 (Friday) A scout has courage in all difficulties.
Every day during the school holidays, I would help my dad bring some of his goods down, or sometimes I would bring them up. I would also help him bring out goods from the storeroom and pack them into bags. Doing this would lighten his burden.
19/6/22 (Sunday) A Scout is Trusted
When my parents contracted the coronavirus, I started to run small errands for my parents for example buying groceries and I would also get them lunch. Usually, they would give me a groceries list and text me via WhatsApp.
2/7/22 (Saturday) A Scout is Discipline and Considerate
I booked the function room in my condominium for the afternoon as I was hosting a family gathering. After the gathering, my parents and I cleaned up the function room. This ensures that the cleaner would not have such a hard time cleaning especially when she has to clean other parts of the condo. This also ensures that the other users would have a clean function room and not a filthy one.
