Firstly, I enjoy Japanese food like Tamago, Tuna and Salmon sushi. I like the Japanese way of cooking and food preparation because they keep the hygiene standard very high. I like the way they cut the fish and carefully put it on top of the rice and arranging the sushi beautifully before serving them to the customers.
